Draw & Results
The draw for round four will take place on July 1st. Please check back then. Round four matches will take place at Frilford Heath, Oxfordshire. All matches must be completed by 31st August. More time has been afforded to complete round four matches due to summer holidays. We still suggest reaching out to your opponents within 48 hours of the draw being released though. This ensures you have the widest range of dates and times available to arrange your match and biggest choice of tee times at the host club. Please book via the Office (01865 390864) and quote the Race To The Grove. DO NOT RING THE PRO SHOP TO BOOK. You will be allocated a course based on the setup and availability on your requested day so we can’t guarantee which of the three courses you will play.

The draw for round one will take place on April 1st. Please check back then. Round one matches will take place at Studley Wood Golf Club, Oxfordshire. All matches must be completed by 30th April. We will email each team contact details of your opponents within a few hours of the draw being made in order to make arrangements for your match. We suggest reaching out to your opponents within 48 hours of the draw being released. This ensures you have the widest range of dates and times available to arrange your match and biggest choice of tee times at the host club. Remember it is the responsibility of the team on the left hand side (or top) of the draw to make arrangements. Please ensure your handicap is valid before playing your matches.
The draw for round two will take place on May 1st. Please check back then. Round two matches will take place at Harleyford Golf Club, Buckinghamshire. All matches must be completed by 31st May. We suggest reaching out to your opponents within 48 hours of the draw being released. This ensures you have the widest range of dates and times available to arrange your match and biggest choice of tee times at the host club.

Due to the fact we are now getting into the heart of golf season in the UK, tee times are quite sparse at the Oxfordshire so they’ve asked that we book with them ourselves, rather than each team booking directly as in the previous rounds. The longer days mean we do have more hours to play, but earlier in the week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday) and later in the afternoons (after 2pm) definitely have more options. So, if you can liaise with your opponents to find a few suitable dates, then email us at golf@barr.group with a few options (e.g. 7th AM, 15th PM, 21st AM, 23rd PM etc…) and we will book a tee time for you and confirm with all players. We will try our best to accommodate any requirements but please give a few options when emailing to allow us a greater chance to book one of your preferred times. ONCE TEE TIMES ARE BOOKED, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CHANGE THEM.
